Belarus' Vitebsk Oblast is gearing up to host a tractor rally to be held by Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ trademark), BelTA learned from the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee. The rally will run from the agrotown of Parizh to the village of Mosar through Postavy District and Glubokoye District. The racers will cover a total distance of 12km on an off-road track.
